Campaign ads in New Hampshire
As the 2008 political campaign season kicks into high gear, so will production for television advertisements and web-based content, and the New Hampshire Film and Television Office is encouraging the state’s political candidates to consider using media production resources in the Granite State before hiring production crews from elsewhere. New Hampshire has a vibrant and talented film and television production industry, and with more than four hundred working companies and professionals listed in our New Hampshire Production Directory, campaigns are sure to find everything they need for fulfilling their broadcast and online media needs – from conceptualization to filming to post-production – right in their own backyard. The New Hampshire Film and Television Office is inviting political candidates to visit its website at www.nh.gov/film/campaignads.htm and see how New Hampshire’s media production industry can assist candidates with their upcoming projects. There is also a link to this information from the main page of the Film Office website at www.nh.gov/film (just look for the campaign button in the middle of the page.) Of course, when candidates do film in New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Film and Television Office also encourages them to let voters know that the television ad or online media was produced in New Hampshire by New Hampshire people.
