ConcordTV seeks Executive Director

Concord Community TV Inc. (ConcordTV), the 501(c)3 nonprofit PEG access television organization serving the capital city of New Hampshire, seeks a highly motivated, energetic, skilled and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization. Responsible for leadership and management of three community cable television channels (public, educational and government), associated production facilities, volunteer/producer services and ConcordTV staff. Oversight of annual budget, personnel, fundraising activities and development of community programming.

Professional experience desired in the following areas: nonprofit budgeting, public relations, community television operations & policy, educational training and hands-on television program production. Successful candidates should have strong communication skills, organizational leadership abilities and a talent for consensus building with at least a 5-year proven professional track record in PEG community access television or related television environment. Annual salary range $42,000 - 50,000 plus benefits. Preferred start date is 7/1/10.
