We've added a new NH crowdfunding campaign to the Film & Television Office website: ARTHUR VS. ARTHUR, a documentary from Jay B. Childs of Portsmouth. The project is seeking to raise $75K by 8/23 on Kickstarter. Jay writes:
"We are raising funds towards the cost of producing a documentary film about the Demoulas Family of Lowell, MA and the Market Basket chain of grocery stores that the family has owned for generations. The story is one of an immigrant realization of the American dream combined with an epic family business feud worthy of a primetime television soap opera. The story is a metaphor for the tension between two starkly contrasting business models, facing off within the same company - within the same family."
