ADVISORY: NH PRIMARY NEWS COVERAGE IN MANCHESTER - ROAD CLOSURES

From the Manchester Police Department:

NH Primary News Coverage - Increased traffic on Elm Street. Lane closure Franklin Street and Market Street Feb. 4th to Feb. 10th

The Manchester Police Department would like to advise you that there will be an abundance of NH Primary news coverage that will be starting Thursday, February 4, 2016 until Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Expect an increase in pedestrian traffic on Elm Street in the area of the Radisson Hotel and Veteran’s Park.

On Sunday, February 7, 2016, the Manchester Police Department start a “Lane Closure” in the area of Franklin Street and Market Street to facilitate a temporary broadcast studio to cover the NH Primary. The closure will begin at 8 a.m. and continue through Wednesday, February 10.

Market Street will be restricted to one lane eastbound from the area of Canal Street to Franklin Street. Franklin Street will be restricted to one lane southbound from Market Street to Middle Street. There will be periodic “Full Road Closures” during designated times. There will be Manchester Police officers on site to assist.
